We support the change management programme for public administration entities, developing processes and methods to incentivise cultural and professional exchange between the public and private sectors.

Key2people accompanies the organisational transformation process imposed by new legislative and financial constraints, which dictate ever greater attention be paid to processes of management selection, and to the knowledge and enhancement of the human capital present in centralised and decentralised public administration entities, utility companies and public sector companies.

We get involved, in particular, in analysis of the management requirements of public administration entities, in the evaluation and development of existing resources and in the search and selection of external profiles, coming from private sector professional companies or environments. We draw up parameters for remuneration and we carry out coaching of individual senior public sector managers.

Key2people has worked for leading municipal and regional government bodies, ministries and utility companies. It has signed two agreements with ANCI (the National Association of Italian Municipalities) relating to personnel selection and assessment services, and the selection and validation of candidacies for membership of the Independent Evaluation Bodies.
